We have taken proactive steps to address the recent challenges that impacted our production schedule, and we are pleased to announce that order processing times are now within normal range.

 

Your patience and understanding during this time have been truly inspiring. We appreciate the dignity and grace you have shown as we have worked to resolve this issue.

 

We understand that you rely on TAHA 20 to meet your uniform needs in a timely manner and we take this responsibility very seriously. Our team is committed to providing you with the most professional and seamless experience possible, and we strive to provide a speedy turnaround for our Three Pleat and Dress 19 Collection of Mother Tynnetta Muhammad.

 

We want to be fully transparent about the recent challenges we have faced. Our team has experienced an unexpected increase in demand, which has put a strain on our production capacity and led to longer lead times. Additionally, the increased demand for special colors and sizes, which require more attention to detail, has further exacerbated this strain. 

 

We sincerely apologize for the delays in production. We understand that this has been frustrating, and we take full responsibility for our shortcomings. Your experience with us is our top priority and we are making several changes to address the delays in order production. To ensure that we do not experience this again in the future, we are taking these steps:

 

• We will begin to prioritize our Regulation Colors. During our peak periods, special colors will only be available for group orders to ensure that we can meet your uniform needs.

  ​

• We have streamlined our Three Pleat Uniform to include pants as the standard option. To improve efficiency in our production, wrap skirts must be purchased separately.

   

• We have implemented new software and operations. We are confident that the new software our team has developed will improve order management, efficiency, and production schedules.​
