By placing a group order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order Submission & Processing

  • Group orders must be placed in groups of ten or more to qualify for a 10% discount. 

  • For accurate processing, each group order requires a completed order form. Please ensure all information is accurate and complete.

  • To facilitate communication and organization, please designate a single contact person responsible for collecting orders, payments, and liaising with our team.

  • Each garment is made to order and locally handcrafted by a small team. Due to this, standard sizes and regulation colors typically ship within 8-10 weeks.

  • Custom sizes, special colors, and orders placed during high volume periods may take up to 15 weeks to ship.

Sizing and Modifications

  • To ensure proper fit and minimize errors, selecting a size from our provided size guide is mandatory. Alternatively, for custom sizing, please provide accurate measurements as per our specifications.

  • Please note that any changes or modifications to your order are not permitted after the deposit is received.

Deposit

  • To streamline the process, we require two separate transactions: a deposit of 50% upfront and the remaining balance upon order completion. We cannot accept multiple or separate transactions for either payment.

  • Please note that your deposit may be reflected as a discount on your order, but the deposit is not an actual discount.

  • Fulfilled orders that are not fully paid for within 30 days will be canceled.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Payment

  • Due to processing costs, credit card payments are not accepted for group orders. We kindly request payments via Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse any payment method or to cancel any order for any reason.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only allowed in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Once an order and a deposit are received, we are not able to guarantee that we can make a change to the order, including cancellation.

  • Incorrect color, size, or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Shipping

  • All group orders will be shipped to a single designated address. Please double-check the address for accuracy and completeness to avoid delays.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Please reach out to us directly regarding international shipping.

  • We reserve the right to change our policies at any time without notice. Updated policies will be reflected on our website.
