  • How do I place an order?

  • How long is order processing?
    Order processing for standard sizes and regulation colors is 8-10 weeks. Special sizes, colors, and during high volume, order processing can take up to 15 weeks.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled in order to maintain a timely turnaround on order processing and shipment.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Once an order and a deposit is received, we are not able to guarantee that we can make a change to the order. However, we recommend emailing us for the best options available to you.
  • Do I need professional measurements?
    No. You can measure your bust, hip, and waist by yourself using a tape measure. Please review the size guide emailed to you when you inquire to place an order.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card payments are accepted online. PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also accepted. Alternate payment options are also available.
  • Are returns or exchanges accepted?
    We have a no refund or exchange policy. If you received the wrong order, please email us so we can resolve this for you.

  • If I order a replacement headpiece, wrap skirt, or pants, will it match my existing garment?
    We cannot guarantee that is will match your existing garment. However, please email us for the best options available to you.
  • Is the Fez still available?
    The beloved Fez of Mother Tynnetta Muhammad was discontinued and is no longer available for purchase.
  • Does TAHA 20 have any representatives in my city?
