  • How can I place an order?
    To place an order with us, please send us an email at sales@taha20.com. We'll be happy to assist you.
  • How long is order processing?
    Each garment is made to order and locally handcrafted by a small team. Due to this, standard sizes and regulation colors typically ship within 8-10 weeks. Custom sizes, special colors, and orders placed during high volume periods may take up to 15 weeks to ship.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled in order to maintain a timely turnaround on order processing and shipment.
  • Can I make changes to an order?
    Once an order and a deposit is received, we are not able to guarantee that we can make a change to the order. However, we recommend emailing us for the best options available to you.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card payments are accepted online. PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay digital wallets are also accepted. Alternate payment options may be available.
  • Are returns or exchanges accepted?
    We have a no refund or exchange policy, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error. Please review our Terms of Service before placing an order.
  • I received the wrong size. What can I do?
    Please email us at sales@taha20.com so we can resolve this for you.
  • If I order a replacement headpiece, wrap skirt, or pants, will it match my existing garment?
    We cannot guarantee that it will match your existing garment. However, please email us for the best options available to you.
  • Is the Fez still available?
    The beloved Fez of Mother Tynnetta Muhammad was discontinued and is no longer available for purchase.
  • Does TAHA 20 have any representatives in my city?
    Please email us to find out if there is one available in your city.
