Terms of Service
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Order Processing
-
Each garment is made to order and locally handcrafted by a small team. Due to this, standard sizes and regulation colors typically ship within 6-8 weeks.
-
Custom sizes, special colors, and orders placed during high volume periods may require additional processing time.
Deposit
-
A non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% states your intent to purchase a garment and is required upon receipt of invoice. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order.
-
Please note that your deposit may be reflected as a discount on your order, but the deposit is not an actual discount.
-
We may require some orders, such as orders for in-stock items, to pay in full.
-
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
-
Fulfilled orders must have their remaining balance paid in full within 30 days from the date of fulfillment.
-
If the remaining balance is not paid within the 30-day deadline, TAHA 20 reserves the right to:
-
Cancel the order.
-
Retain any and all payments made on the order, including but not limited to deposits or partial payments.
-
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
-
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only allowed in the case of a manufacturing defect.
-
Once an order and a deposit are received, we are not able to guarantee that we can make a change to the order, including cancellation.
-
Incorrect color, size, or missing items must be reported immediately upon delivery, and we must receive the item back within 5 days after confirmation from our team.
Custom Orders
-
A custom size fee of $50 applies to anyone who does not fit our standard sizing patterns.
-
Custom size orders must be paid in full and in advance.
-
We are not responsible for the accuracy of sizes or measurements provided to us.
-
We reserve the right to refuse any custom orders.
Group Orders
-
Group orders must be placed in groups of ten or more to qualify for a 10% discount.
-
The primary contact for group orders assumes all responsibility for the accuracy of sizes and measurements.
-
Order processing may take longer.

-
Please reach out to us directly regarding international shipping.
-
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information on the invoice.
-
If you suspect your package has been damaged in transit or tampered with, you must report it to us immediately upon receipt. Failure to notify us promptly will impact our ability to resolve the matter or file a claim with the carrier.
-
Estimated delivery dates provided may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other third parties.
Payment
-
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card payments are accepted online. PayPal is also accepted. Alternate payment options may be available.
-
Large or group orders may be requested to use a different payment method.
-
We reserve the right to refuse any payment method or to cancel any order for any reason.
-
In-person debit/credit card payments may include a 2.5% processing fee.
Quality Compliance
-
We stand by the quality of our garments and aim to deliver items free of defects. Upon receipt of your order, you are responsible for inspecting the goods immediately. If you believe there is a defect or issue, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we must receive the item(s) back within 5 days after confirmation from our team. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
-
Manufacturing defects will be determined at the sole discretion of our team. Potential resolutions, such as repair, replacement, or refund, will also be offered at our discretion based on the nature of the defect and the circumstances of the order.
-
We are not liable for slight variations in color, texture, or other characteristics that are inherent to the materials, production processes, or considered within industry standards.
Disputes
-
If a false dispute is filed against us with your financial institution, such as items not received or duplicate transaction, we reserve the right to refuse service and a report will be filed to the National Center and local officials. We highly recommend contacting us regarding any issue you may have prior to filing a dispute.
Force Majeure
-
TAHA 20 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by any event beyond TAHA 20's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, riots, civil unrest, or governmental actions.
Intellectual Property
-
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, related to the products or services provided by TAHA 20 shall remain the sole property of TAHA 20.
Entire Agreement
-
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between TAHA 20 and the Customer and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Other Policies
-
We reserve the right to change our policies at any time without notice.
-
By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Mobile Terms of Service.
